I’m a detailed, six-armed corporate communications professional specializing in integrated marketing communications. I am an advocate and believer that business success starts and ends with an engaged workforce, and that employees are the heart of an effective business strategy. I write on message, and am an organized project juggler.
I’ve lead a number of successful projects and campaigns—including directing strategy, content creation, and creative—to ensure project benchmarks and deadlines are met. I'm experienced in publications, trade shows and events, change communications management (Lean Six Sigma and M&As), intranet and Internet design and development and HR-driven special projects (open enrollments and employee on-boarding).
At Tipton Communications, I deliver high-quality support and innovative ideas. In taking on a new leadership role as marketing and communications director, New England, I seek to expand Tipton's footprint and provide our regional accounts with unparalleled (and local) service—backed with the comprehensive capabilities of the entire agency.
A graduate of the University of Delaware, I hold a bachelor's degree in mass communication with a minor in interactive media and a business certification. I currently sit on the PRSA Employee Communications Executive Committee where I drive and organize member programming and act as a member at-large.
